奥硝唑配伍禁忌文献分析

目的 分析奥硝唑与其他药物的配伍变化,指导临床合理用药.方法 查阅1994-2012年间有关奥硝唑配伍禁忌和稳定性研究文献,总结奥硝唑的剂型、联合药物类型,并分析发生配伍禁忌的原因.结果 与奥硝唑易发生配伍禁忌的药物主要为头孢菌素类、青霉素类抗生素、奥美拉唑及中药.配伍变化的原因是这些药物与奥硝唑混合时可发生氧化还原反应、盐析现象、β内酰胺环开环裂解、析出游离单体等.结论 奥硝唑在临床应用中易与多种药物发生配伍禁忌,应避免混合使用或序贯使用.

The retrospective analysis and investigation of ornidazole incompatibility

Objective To analyze compatibility between ornidazole and other drugs.Methods By searching the correlative case reports on ornidazole incompatibility from 1994 to 2012,dosage forms of ornidazole and drug categories of combined drug were summarized,and the incompatibility reasons were analyzed.Results All 78 case reports were screened and various dosage forms of ornidazole were involved.An incompatibility between ornidazole and other drugs mainly included cephalosporins,penicillin antibiotics,omeprazole and traditional Chinese medicine.When mixed with ornidazole injection,these drugs showed a series of reactions,including oxydoreduction reaction,salting-out effect,3-lactam ring-opening and precipitation of free monomer.Conclusion Ornidazole injection is incompatible with various kinds of drugs in the clinical application,so the mixed or sequential use should be avoided.
