女职工常见妇女病患病状况分析

目的 分析北京市女职工常见妇女病的患病状况,为制定有效的妇女病防治措施提供依据.方法 整理汇总2004年1月至201 1年12月在北京妇幼保健院体检中心接受检查的企事业单位女职工的妇女病普查资料,对常见妇女病的患病状况和变化趋势进行回顾性分析.结果 2004年1月至2011年12月在北京妇幼保健院体检中心接受妇女病普查的企事业单位职工共38 274人,妇女病普查率是89.0％；乳腺增生、生殖道感染、子宫肌瘤、卵巢囊肿是最常见的4种疾病；子宫肌瘤患病率在逐渐上升(年增长率15.7％),乳腺增生、生殖道感染的患病率呈下降趋势(年增长率分别为-47.7％、-31.9％).结论 应加强常见妇女病的防治；在妇女病普查中应不断引进新技术手段,以提高疾病的早期检出率.

Analysis on the prevalence of common gynecological diseases in Beijing

Objective To analyze the prevalence of common gynecological diseases in Beijing and to provide evidence for prevention and control of gynecological diseases.Methods The general survey results of gynecological diseases were checked by the physical examination center of Beijing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from 2004 to 201 1.The prevalence and development trend of common gynecological diseases were retrospectively analyzed.Results A total of 38 274 women received general survey of gynecological diseases.The total screening rate of gynecological diseases was 89.0%.Breast hyperplasia,reproductive tract infection,uterine myoma and ovarian cyst were the most common gynecological diseases.The incidence of uterine myoma increased year by year（15.7%） ; the incidence of breast hyperplasia（-47.7%） and reproductive tract infection（-31.9%） showed a decreasing trend.Conclusions The prevention and treatment of common gynecological diseases should be enhanced.In order to improve the quality of general survey,new screening technique should be used continuously with general survey of gynecological diseases.
