非洛地平缓释片联合瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗对高血压患者血压变异性的影响

目的 探究非洛地平缓释片联合瑞舒伐他汀钙对高血压患者血压变异性的影响.方法 将克拉玛依市中心医院2010年11月至2011年5月的110例高血压患者应用随机数字表法分成对照组和试验组,各55例.对照组患者给予左旋氨氯地平5 rrg/次、1次/d口服,试验组患者实施非洛地平缓释片5 mg/次、1次/d口服,2组均联合瑞舒伐他汀钙每日10 mg早餐时口服治疗,并对2组治疗24周前后血压平均值及血压变异性进行比较.结果 试验组治疗后的24 h平均收缩压、舒张压分别为(119±7)、(71 ±4)mm Hg,日间平均收缩压、舒张压分别为(118±6)、(73±3)mm Hg,夜间平均收缩压、舒张压分别为(108±8)、(73±5)mm Hg,治疗前分别为(165±12)、(93±5)、(174±16)、(99±4)、(151±12)、(89±6)mm Hg,对照组治疗后的上述指标依次为(135±8)、(79±5)、(138±7)、(83±4)、(134±7)、(76±7)mm Hg,试验组治疗后的血压平均值与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(均P＜0.05)；试验组治疗后24h收缩压、舒张压标准差分别为(10.6±2.2)、(8.3±1.6)mm Hg,日间收缩压、舒张压标准差分别为(10.3±1.5)、(7.1±1.6)mmHg,夜间收缩压、舒张压标准差分别为(9.3±1.4)、(7.2±1.5)mm Hg,治疗前分别为(16.52±3.0)、(10.9±2.5)、(15.2±3.3)、(10.4±2.2)、(13.3±2.8)、(9.6±3.2)mm Hg,对照组治疗后的上述指标依次为(13.9±2.3)、(9.6±1.7)、(13.8±1.5)、(9.2±1.4)、(12.6±1.6)、(8.6±1.4)mm Hg,试验组治疗后的血压变异性与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论 非洛地平缓释片联合瑞舒伐他丁钙治疗高血压患者对降低高血压患者血压、改善血压变异性有明显效果.

Sustained-release tablets of felodipine joint rosuvastatin of rosuvastatin calcium on blood pressure variability in hypertensive patients

Objective To explore the application of felodipine sustained-release tablets joint rosuvastatin of rosuvastatin calcium variability in patients with hypertension. Methods From November 2010 to May 2011, 110 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases in each group. Control group pa- tients were given levaml odipine besylate tablets combined with rosuvastatin calcium; the experimental group were given with felodipine horizon sustained-release tablets and rosuvastatin small calcium combination therapy. Before and after 24 weeks of treatment lipids, the average blood pressure and blood pressure variability were compared be- tween two groups. Results The experimental group 24 h after treatment the average systolic blood pressure, dias- tolic blood pressure in the experimental group were （119 ＋ 7）, （71 ＋ 4） mm Hg respectively, mean daytime systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure were （118 _＋ 6）, （73 _＋ 3 ） mm Hg respectively, mean nighttime systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure were （108 ＋ 8）, （73 ＋ 5 ） mm Hg, respectively, before treatment （165 ＋ 12）, （93 _＋5）, （174 _＋ 16）, （99 _＋4）, （151 _＋ 12）, （89 _＋6） mm Hg, these indicators after treatment of control group were （ 135 ＋ 8 ）, （ 79 ~ 5 ）, （ 138 ＋ 7 ）, （ 83 ~ 4 ）, （ 134 ＋ 7 ）, （ 76 _＋ 7 ） mm Hg, the experimental group af- ter treatment, mean blood pressure before treatment and the control group after treatment difference was statistically significant （ all P 〈 0.05 ） ; experimental group 24 h after treatment systolic and diastolic blood pressure were labeled standard deviation （10.6 _＋ 2.2 ）, （8.3 _＋ 1.6 ） mm Hg, daytime systolic and diastolic blood pressure standard devi- ation were （ 10.3 _＋ 1.5） , （7.1 _＋ 1.6） mm Hg, nighttime systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure standard de,/iation were （9.3 ~ 1.4）, （7.2 _＋ 1.5 ） mm Hg, respectively, before treatment （ 16.5 _＋ 3.0 ）, （ 10.9 _＋ 2.5 ）, （ 15.2 _＋ 3.3 ）, （ 10.4 _＋ 2.2 ） , （ 13.3 _＋ 2.8 ）, （ 9.6 _＋ 3.2 ） mm Hg, control group after treatment of these indica- tors were （13.9 -＋2.3）, （9.6 -＋1.7）, （13.8 -＋1.5）, （9.2 _＋ 1.4）, （12.6 _＋1.6）, （8.6 -＋ 1.4） mm Hg, the experimental group after treatment, blood pressure variability and before treatment and control group after treatment was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of felodipine sustained-release tablets joint rosuvastatin calcium in the treatment of hypertension in patients is safe and effective.
