磷酸肌酸钠治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果

目的 探讨磷酸肌酸钠治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果.方法 选择华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院慢性心力衰竭患者180例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组(90例)和对照组(90例).治疗组给予常规心力衰竭药物合用磷酸肌酸钠,对照组给予使用常规心力衰竭药物.观察比较2组患者的总有效率、治疗前后心功能指标左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)]、脑钠肽(BNP)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平以及治疗后的明尼苏达生活质量评分.结果 治疗组总有效率为82.2％(74/90),对照组总有效率为74.4％(67/90),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,治疗组LVESD、LVEDD、BNP、CK-MB水平(46 ±6)mm、(56±5)mm、(320±107) ng/L、(4.2±1.2)U/L]与对照组(50±7) mm、(62±6)mm、(392±121) ng/L、(9.1±1.5)U/L]比较均明显下降(均P ＜0.05),LVEF治疗组:(58±5)％,对照组:(47±6)％]明显增加(P＜0.05).治疗组治疗后明尼苏达生活质量评分(35±10)分]低于对照组(40±13)分](P＜0.05).结论 磷酸肌酸钠能有效提高慢性心率衰竭患者的心功能,提高生活质量,能有效优化慢性心力衰竭常规治疗方案.

Clinical effect of creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of chronic heart failure

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of chron- ic heart failure. Methods One hundred and eighty cases with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group （90 cases） and the control group （90 cases）. Treatment group was given normal heart failure drugs combined with creatine phosphate sodium, and control group was given normal heart failure drugs. The total effect rate, left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）, left ventricular end-systolic diameter （LVESD）, left ventricular end diastolic diameter（LVEDD）, brain natriuretic peptide （BNP）, creatine kinase-MB （CK-MB） and Minnesota life quality score after treatment of two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effect rate of treatment group was 82.2%, and 74.4% in control group, there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, LVESD, LVEDD, BNP, CK-MB of treatment group （46 ＋ 6） mm, （56 ＋ 5） mm, （320 ＋ 107） ng/L, （4.2 ~ 1.2 ） U/L ] significantly decreased compared with the control group （50 ＋ 7 ） mm, （62 ~ 6） mm, （ 392 ~ 121 ） rig/L, （9.1 ~ 1.5 ） U/L ] （ P 〈 O. 05 ）, LVEF treatment group ： （58 ＋ 5 ） % ; control group ： （47 ~ 6 ） % ] increased sig- nificantly （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Minnesota life quality score of treatment group （35 ＋ 10 ）scores ] was lower than that of control group （40 -＋ 13 ） scores ] （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Creatine phosphate sodium can improve the cardiac function of chronic heart failure patients, improve the quality of life and effectively optimize the conventional treat- ment of chronic heart failure.
