玉溪市2009年流感监测分析

摘    要:目的了解玉溪市流感流行动态,揭示玉溪市流感流行及病原学的变化,为更好地做好流感预防控制工作。方法按全国流感监测方案,对暴发疫情和哨点医院采集流感样病例咽拭子标本,用Real-time RT-PCR方法检测。结果 2009年玉溪市流感网络实验室共检测流感样病例标本980份,甲型H1N1核酸阳性143份,阳性率14.59%,甲型H1阳性11份,阳性率1.33%;甲型H3阳性80份,阳性率8.16%;B型核酸阳性6份,阳性率0.61%。结论玉溪市的流感病原,季节性H1、H3、B型和甲型H1N1流感同时存在,但甲型H1N1逐步成为流行的优势毒株。

Abstract:[Objective] To understand the epidemic dynamics of influenza in Yuxi city, reveal the changes of epidemic situation and etiology of influenza, so as to improve the control and prevention of influenza.[Methods]According to the national influenza surveillance program, the throat swab specimens were collected from influenza-like illness of outbreak and the sentinel hospital, and detected with real-time RT-PCR.[Results]In 2009, 980 samples of influenza-like illness were detected in influenza network laboratory in Yuxi. 143 cases were positive for influenza A H1N1 nucleic acids with the positive rate of 14.59%, 11 cases were positive for influenza A H1 with the positive rate of 1.33%, 80 cases were positive for influenza A H3 with the positive rate of 8.16%, and 6 cases were positive for influenza B nucleic acids with the positive rate of 0.61%.[Conclusion]In Yuxi city, there existed seasonal influenza H1 and H3, influenza B and influenza A H1N1 simultaneously, and the influenza A H1N1 has gradually become the dominant virus strain.
