类风湿关节炎患者血小板计数升高与疾病活动性关系

目的对类风湿关节炎患者的疾病活动性与血小板计数升高的关系进行探讨。方法对北京朝阳医院1999年～2001年诊断为类风湿关节炎并伴有明显血小板计数升高的30例住院患者进行回顾性分析。结果类风湿关节炎患者的血小板计数与其疾病活动的血清学指标——血沉及C反应蛋白值之间有显著直线正相关关系(r分别为0.93和0.87,P<0.01),并与其疾病活动的临床指标—最僵时间及Ritchie指数也有显著直线正相关关系(r为0.93,P<0.01)。结论类风湿关节炎患者的血小板计数升高与其疾病的活动性密切相关,可作为疾病活动性的判断指标之一。

To explore the relationship between thrombocytosis and disease activity in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To explore the relationship between thrombocytosis and disease activity in patients with rhenma-toid arthritis.Methods Thirty patients who were diagnosed as RA complicated with thrombocytosis during the last three years were retrospectively analyzed. Results The thrombocyte count in patients with RA with marked thrombocytosis revealed a positive correlation with serological measures of disease - activity erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C - reactive protein (r = 0.93 and 0.87 respectively, P < 0.01); and positive correlations were observed between the thrombocyte count and clinical measures of disease activity - morning stiffness Ritchie articular index (r= 0.93 respectively, P<0.01) .Conclusion The thrombocytosis in patients with RA revealed a high correlation with its disease activity.
