彩色流速成像法超声流量测定的动物实验研究

摘    要:目的 在离体实验基础上, 于动物体内进一步研究弹性动脉管、脉动流中彩色流速流量定量(CVIQ)的准确性。方法 犬4只, 2只作颈总动脉-颈总动脉(A-A)插管, 2只作颈总动脉-颈内静脉(A-V)插管, 用CVIQ法和气泡法同步测量颈总动脉流量。在1只犬中, 还进行CVIQ法与放血法同步测量。结果 在5组(平均流量60~370 m l/m in)共65次同步测量中, CVIQ法和气泡法流量测值呈直性关系, 斜率为1.0125, 相关系数为0.975, P= 0.0001; 平均流量为465 m l/m in 时CVIQ与放血法同步测量19次,CVIQ法相对误差为- 13.3% ~20.6% , 平均误差4.7% , CVIQ法的变异系数较放血法和气泡法略大。结论 CVIQ是无创伤情况下为临床提供相对准确流量的可行方法。

Abstract:Objective On the base of in vitro experiment, accuracy of color velocity imaging quantification (CVIQ) were further studied in vivo on pulsative flow, flexible artery. Methods Four dogs were cannulated (two were common carotid artery to common carotid artery, two were common carotid artery to internal jugular vein). Volume flow estimation were excutated simultaneously using CVIQ and bubble method under different volume flow level. In addition, CVIQ and timed collection volume flow estimation were taken simultaneously in one dog. Results Under 5 group (mean volume flow from 60~370 ml/min), totle 65 times estimation of CVIQ and bubble method, two methods were in linear with regression slope 1.0125 and correlation coefficient 0.975, P =0.0001. Compared to timed collection, the relative error of CVIQ were -13.3%~20.6%, mean error 4.7% under mean volume flow 465 ml/min (10 times comparison). Coefficient of variation (CV) of CVIQ were somewhat greater than timed collection and bubble method's.Conclusions Noninvasive way of accurate volume flow estimation jusitifies CVIQ as a practicable way of volume flow estimation.
