地塞米松缓释剂在并发性白内障术中前房植入

目的　评价地塞米松缓释剂前房内植入对前葡萄膜炎并发性白内障术后炎症反应和后囊浑浊的预防效果。方法　 68例 ( 68眼 )前葡萄膜炎并发性白内障行白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术者随机分为两组 ,植入组 3 6例 ,术中前房内植入地塞米松缓释剂 ;对照组 3 2例 ,术中未植入该缓释剂。观察并比较两组术后炎症反应情况及后发障发生率。结果　术后前房炎症和后囊浑浊 ,植入组明显低于对照组 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　前房内植入地塞米松缓释剂可减轻葡萄膜炎并发性白内障人工晶状体植入术后炎症反应 ,减少后发性白内障。是一种安全有效的给药途径。

Anterior chamber implantation of dexamethasone sustained release microcapsules during complicated cataract

Objective To evaluate the effect of dexamethasone sustained release microcapsules inserted in anterior chamber on cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantationin for patients with anterior uveitis.Methods 68 cases (68eyes) were divided into two groups: Implanted group was implantated dexamethasone release microcapsules in anterior chamber and the control group was without the microcapsules after cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation.Anteriorchamber inflammation and posterior capsule opacification in two groups were observed.Results Anterior chamber inflammation and posterior capsule opacification in implanted group were less than that of control group ( P <0.05) Conclusion The anterior chamber implantation of dexamethasone sustained release microcapsules was a safe and effective way to decrease the anterior chamber inflammation and posterior capsule opacification.
