三维超声成像在肾脏常见疾病中的应用

摘    要:目的评价三维超声成像在肾脏常见疾病中的应用价值。方法对72例肾脏疾病患者病变部位进行三维重建并与二维图像进行比较。结果三维超声能清晰显示肾肿瘤病变的范围及恶性肿瘤浸润周围组织的程度及肿瘤内血管情况。三维超声能比二维超声更清晰显示肾多发结石数目及铸型结石形态。三维超声能清晰显示肾积水时肾盂的形态及肾盏情况。结论选择适宜的三维成像模式能直观地显示肾脏病变的形态、结构及与周围组织的关系,提供较二维超声更丰富的信息,为明确诊断和确定治疗方案有重要意义。

Abstract:[Purpose] To evaluate the application value of three-dimensional uhrasonographic imaging on common renal diseases. [Methods] 72 patients with common renal seen diseases were examined with three-dimensional uhrasonography and compared with two-dimensinal uhrasonographic imaing. [Results] The range of tumors and the condition of the blood vessels could be demonstrated clearly with three-dimensinal uhrasonography. The number and the shape of stone were more clearly demonstrated in the three-dimensinal uhrasonographic images than did in two-dimensinal images. The shape of renal pelvis and the condition of renal calices for hydronephrosis could be demonstrated clearly with three-dimensinal ultrasonography. [Conclusion] Three-dimensional uhrasonoraphy can audiovisual show the shape and composition of pathology as well as the relation to surrounding, which provide more informations than two-dimensinal uhrasonography. So it is valuful in the diagnosis of renal commonly seen diseases.
