健康体检人群臂踝脉搏波传导速度分析

目的探讨健康体检人群臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)的分布特点及其相关危险因素。方法选择2015年6月至2015年12月在中国医科大学附属第一医院体检中心进行健康体检的人群作为研究对象,共计2 056人,记录个人资料包括姓名、年龄、性别,测量血压、身高、体质量、心率,抽血化验空腹血糖、血脂、血尿酸、血清肌酐,应用动脉硬化检测仪测定baPWV,并根据其结果分为baPWV异常组和baPWV正常组进行分析。结果单因素分析结果显示,baPWV异常组和baPWV正常组间比较,在年龄、性别、SBP、DBP、PP、BMI、HR、Glu、TG和HDL-C等因素方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归显示,年龄、性别、SBP、DBP、PP和血糖是baPWV异常的显著影响因素。结论 baPWV的分布特点符合人群中动脉硬化的分布特点且其影响因素与传统动脉硬化的危险因素基本一致。因此,baPWV作为动脉硬化的早期评价指标,可以通过及早干预,降低心脑血管的危险性,提高人群生命质量。

Detection and analysis of baPWV among people who underwent health examinations

Objective To explore the distribution characteristics of brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity ( baPWV) and its related fac-tors. Methods A total of 2056 subjects from The Health Medical Center of The First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from June 2015 to December 2015 were enrolled as the object of study. Their name,age and gender were recorded. The blood pressure and heart rate were measured and the pulse pressure was calculated. The weight and height were measured and the body mass index was obtained. The fasting blood glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cho-lesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,blood uric acid,serum creatimine were tested by drawing blood. The baPWV was measured on an arteriosclerosis detector. According to the results of baPWV,abnormal and normal groups were analyzed. Results Univariate a-nalysis showed that between baPWV abnormal and normal group,age,sex,SBP,DBP,PP,BMI,HR,Glu,TG,HDL-C and other factors were statistically significant. Logistic regression showed that age,sex,SBP,DBP,PP and Glu were significant factors of baPWV. Con-clusion The distribution characteristics of baPWV is coincident with that of arteriosclerosis in adult population and its influencing factors is basically in accord with traditional factors related to ateriosclerosis. Therefore,baPWV as an early evaluation of atherosclero-sis,through early intervention can reduce cardiovascular risk and improve population quality of life.
