摘    要:【目的】探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平与缺血性卒中患者认知功能障碍的相关性及临床价值。【方法】选择本院84例缺血性卒中患者,根据是否发生认知功能障碍分为:未发生认知功能障碍(对照组)38例;发生认知功能障碍(观察组)46例。应用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评定两组患者的认知功能;检测并比较住院期间两组患者血清 Hcy 及 IL-6水平与各项生化指标水平;应用多元 Lo-gistic 回归分析与患者认知功能障碍发生相关的危险因素。【结果】与对照组相比,观察组的 Hcy、IL-6及氧化型低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)水平较高(P <0.05),而血糖及其他血脂各指标无差异(P >0.05)。应用多元Logistic 回归分析显示,血清 Hcy 及 IL-6水平为患者认知功能障碍发生相关的独立危险因素。【结论】缺血性卒中患者的血清 Hcy 及 IL-6水平是发生认知功能障碍的独立危险因素。

Correlation Analysis of Serum Inflammatory Factors Levels to Cognitive Dysfunction in Patients with Ischemic Stroke
Abstract:Objective]To analyze the correlation of serum levels of homocysteine (Hcy)and interleukin-6 (IL-6)to cognitive dysfunction in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods]84 in-patients with ischemic stroke were collected and divided into two groups according to occurrence of the cognitive functions:control group (38 cases,normal cognitive function),and research group (46 cases,cognitive dysfunction).Cognitive func-tions of all patients were assessed according to the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA).The indexes of Hcy,IL-6,blood glucose,and lipid were detected and compared between the two groups.The risk factors to the occurrence of cognitive dysfunction were confirmed by the multivariate Logistic analysis.Results]Com-pared to control group,the values of Hcy,IL-6,and ox-LDL of the research group were higher (P <0.05), and the values of all indexes of blood glucose and other lipid indexes showed no difference between the two groups (P >0.05).Multivariant Logistic analysis showed that the Hcy and IL-6 were independent factors to the occurrence of cognitive dysfunction.Conclusion]Serum levels of Hcy and IL-6 were independent risk fac-tors to cognitive dysfunction in patients with ischemic stroke.
