经脐单孔腹腔镜治疗精索静脉曲张的疗效观察

【目的】探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜治疗精索静脉曲张的可行性和安全性。【方法】选择2013年1~12月本院收治的16例精索静脉曲张的患者,应用经脐单孔腹腔镜技术行精索静脉高位结扎术。观察患者手术时间、住院时间、术后并发症、复发等临床指标。【结果】16例均顺利完成手术,单侧手术时间平均25 min,平均住院时间为3.5 d。术后随访显示患者症状明显改善,无阴囊水肿、睾丸萎缩等并发症发生,未见复发患者。【结论】经脐单孔腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术具有良好的临床可行性和安全性,值得临床推广使用。

Clinci Application of Transumbilical Single Port Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Varico-cele

Objective]To evaluate clinical efficacy of transumbilical single port laparoscopy in the treatment of varicocele.Methods]1 6 cases of varicocele patients treated in our hospital from Jan.to Dec.2013 were selected and received the treatment of high ligation of the internal cord vein by applying transumbilical single port laparo-scopic technique.The clinical data of patients were analyzed in respects of operative time,post-operative hospital stay,recurrence and operative complications.Results]Surgery of 1 6 cases were successfully completed,the aver-age time of single-side operation was 25 min,the average hospitalization time was 3.5 d.Clinical improvement was observed in all of the patients and the effect was satisfactory.The postoperative follow-up showed that the symp-toms of the patients were significantly improved,no complications such as scrotum edema,testicular atrophy oc-curred.Conclusion]Transumbilical single port laparoscopic high ligation of spermatic vein has shown its good clin-ical feasibility and safety results,and is worthy of clinical use.
