摘    要:目的:观察一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元在正常大鼠脊髓中间带的分布。方法:用正常成年Wistar大鼠脊髓,采用冰冻切片,以尼可酰胺酶嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸脱氢酶(NADPH-d)免疫组织化学方法,观察一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元在脊髓中间的分布。结果:在正常Wistar大鼠中,一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元主要分布在脊髓的中间外侧核本部区、中介核和中央管周围。结论:了解一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元在中间带的分布,可能对进一步了解自发性高血压等病理情况下的变化有参考价值。

Abstract:Objective:In order to investigate the distribution of nitric oxide synthase(NOS)positive neurons in the spinal intermediate gray of normal rats.Methods:Using NADPH d histochemistry method,the disribution of NOS in the spinal intermediate gray was investigated under microscope.Results:NOS positive neurons were observed mainly in the nucleus intermediolateralis thoracolumbalis pars principalis(ILp)and paracentral gray,but also could be found in the area of nucleus intercalatus spinalis.In ILp,NOS positive cells exist in groups.The size and distance of NOS positive cell groups differed with spinal segments.Conclusion:The results might help to further study the expression of NOS in the area of ILp under pathological conditions such as spontaneous hypertension.
