烫吸海洛因所致支气管哮喘的临床调查

在临床实践中，烫吸海洛因所致支气管哮喘并非罕见，为了弄清其发病率和临床表现，我们进行了回顾研究。研究对象为１９９３年６月－１９９４年８月连续自愿入院戒毒的３００名海洛因依赖者。研究结果表明：（１）滥用海洛因所致支气管哮喘的发病率占自愿戒毒者的４％。（２）哮喘同滥用时间长短和剂量关系不大，除五例外，其他均在１ａ内发生哮喘；（３）只有以呼吸道吸食海洛因的方式即烫吸可导致哮喘发作；（４）哮喘发作的原因可能与过敏体质和毒品中含有致敏物质有关。

CLINIC INVESTIGATION ON BRONCHIAL ASTHMACAUSED BY CHAISING HEROIN

In clinic, brochial asthma caused by chaising heroin is not rare. In or-der to find out its morbidity and clinical characteristics, we made a retrospective studyon the patients who volunteered to accept heroin detoxification in our hospital, fromJune, 1993 to August, 1994. The results showed that: (1) morbidity of bronchial asthmacaused by heroin abuse was 4%; (2) the relationship between occurrence of asthma andtime and quantity the patients abused heroin was not obvious; (3) It was the abuse routechaising dragon that caused bronchial asthma; (4) bronchial asthma may be also relatedto allergic individual and impurity of the drug abused.
