莲房花青素诱导人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721凋亡的研究

摘    要:目的研究莲房花青素对人肝癌细胞株SMMC-7721凋亡的影响,探讨其抗癌机制。方法以不同浓度的莲房花青素(LSPC)与人肝癌细胞株SMMC-7721细胞共培养,MTT法测定细胞增殖。结果 LSPC可体外抑制肝癌细胞生长,抑制率呈浓度和时间依赖性并随浓度增加而增高。结论莲房原花青素(LSPC)可能通过诱导细胞凋亡抑制人肝癌细胞增殖。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of procyanidins from the seedpod of the lotus(LSPC)on apoptosis of human hepatoma cell line SMMC-7721. Methods SMMC-7721 cells were exposed to different concentration of LSPC. The suppression rate of cell proliferation was measured by MTT. Results The cell growth was inhibited significantly by LSPC. Conclusion LSPC inhibits the growth of SMMC-7721 cells and induces apoptosis in a concentration-dependent manner. It is suggested that LSPC has the ability of antitumor by in...
