| 摘 要： | 目的观察痰热清注射液治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将住院治疗的毛细支气管炎患儿84例随机分为两组,对照组42例给予抗病毒、抗炎、止咳祛痰等综合治疗,治疗组42例在此基础上加用痰热清注射液静脉滴注,观察两组患儿的临床症状、体征及平均住院时间,并对其疗效进行评价。结果治疗组显效35例,好转5例,无效2例,总有效率95.2%;对照组显效30例,好转6例,无效6例,总有效率85.7%。治疗组的临床症状、体征消失时间及平均住院时间明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痰热清注射液治疗小儿毛细支气管炎能及时控制症状、减少肺部体征、缩短疗程,且不良反应小,值得临床推广。
