| 摘 要： | 目的 检测乳腺癌患者术前及术后血清胰岛素样生长因子-1的水平.方法 应用双位点免疫放射测定法(IRMA)对不同TNM分期的49例乳腺癌患者术前、术后外周血中IGF-1水平进行检测,20例健康志愿者设为正常对照.结果 乳腺癌患者手术前后血清IGF-1水平均高于正常对照(P<0.05),手术前后乳腺癌患者血清IGF-1水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 乳腺癌患者血清IGF-1参与乳腺癌的发病过程,是乳腺癌发生、发展过程中的重要因子.
