122例喉外伤的临床分析

目的 喉外伤是耳鼻咽喉科的急重病,本研究的目的 是探讨喉外伤的临床特点及其相应的治疗措施.方法 回顾性研究122例喉外伤的临床观察及治疗.结果 122例患者均救治成活.1例喉返神经损伤致一侧声带固定,57例气管切开术后均顺利拨管,无喉气管狭窄发生.结论 治疗喉外伤患者首先要去除气道阻塞和大出血两大致命因素,早期诊断及妥善治疗是防止喉气管狭窄的关键.

The clinical analysis of laryngeal trauma in 122 cases

Objective Laryngeal trauma is one of acute and serious diseases, this study is to investigate the clinical features of laryngeal trauma and corresponding treatment.
