系统性红斑狼疮患者补体C_(1q)的变化

目的:研究补体C_1q在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)中的变化。方法:用单向免疫扩散法测定76例不同病情的SLE病人和30例健康人血清C_1q水平,对部分活动期病人进行治疗前后动态观察。结果:活动期SLE患者血清C_1q含量较正常对照组降低,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);缓解期SLE患者血清C_1q含量与正常对照组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:SLE患者血清C_1q含量及动态变化在一定程度上反映SLE病变的严重程度,可作为SLE活动状态判断指标之一。

Changes of Serum Complement C1q in Patients with Systematic Lupus Erythermatosus

To study the changes of serum complement C1q in Patients with systematic lupus erythermatosus(SLE). Method:The level of serum complement C1q in 76 patients with SLE (53 patients with active SLE,23 patients with inactive SLE) and in 30 normal controls were measured using single radial diffusion method.The change conditions of levels of serum complement C1q in the some active SLE patients before and after treatment were observed too. Results: The level of C1q in active SLE patients was significantly lower than that of the normal controls( P < 0.01) . But there was no significant difference in C1q level between inactive SLE patients and the normal controls (P > 0.05) . Conclusion: The changes and level of serum complement C1q may reflect serious degree of the disease. The result can be considered as a index for estimating activity of SLE.
