口腔医院268例围手术期应用 质子泵抑制剂的合理性点评

调取我院2018年11月和12月出院患者病历，对围手术期应用PPIs的患者按病种进行分类，主要评价用药指征、用药频次及用药疗程的合理性。结果显示，在742例患者中，268例在围手术期预防使用了PPIs，使用率为36.1%。其中口腔颌面外科各病种中恶性肿瘤用药指征合理率较高，牙槽外科和唇腭裂手术符合用药指征的比例最低；耳鼻喉科各病种用药指征合理率仅为4.2%。各病种合计符合使用疗程7天内标准的患者比例为60.7%；用药频次合理应用比例为78.5%。我院PPIs的使用存在一定不合理现象，需加强用药管理。

Rational Evaluation of 268 Cases of Perioperative Use of Proton Pump Inhibitors in a Stomatological Hospital

The medical records of all discharged patients between November and December 2018 were collected from the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Nanjing University Medical College (hereinafter referred to as our hospital). All patients who used proton pump inhibitors (PPI) during perioperative period were classified according to their disease types, mainly to evaluate the rationality of PPI medication in aspects of indications, frequency and course. The results showed that among the 742 discharged patients, 268 patients were preventively given PPI during their perioperative period, with a use rate of 36.1%. In the oral and maxillofacial surgery, the rational rate of indications for malignant tumors was higher, and those for surgeries of phatne or cheilopalatognathus were the lowest; the reasonable rate of indications for otolaryngological diseases was only 4.2%. The proportion of patients who met the standard of 7 days course was 60.7%, and the proportion of reasonable frequency was 78.5% for all diseases. The use of PPI in our hospital is unknot all reasonable and needs improvements.
