医院备用药品管理体系的建立与实践

目的：通过规范科室备用药品管理制度和方法，保障备用药品的安全使用。方法：本院于2016年10月建立了备用药品管理体系。采用药品统一管理，普通药品、急救药品、高危和特殊药品分项管理的方式，对科室备用药品问题进行管理。结果：建立备用药品管理体系，2016年第四季度及2017年一、二季度检查出的问题例数逐季度下降，与2016年第三季度问题例数相比，差异有统计学意义，普通药品、急救药品、高危和特殊药品管理规范化显著提高。结论：建立备用药品管理体系，提高药品安全保障、促进临床规范使用。

Establishment and Application of the Management System for Standby Drugs in a Hospital

Objective: To improve the quality of pharmacy services and ensure the safe use of standby drugs in clinical departments by regulating management institutions and methods of standby drugs. Methods: The standby medicine management system was established and assessed in the Suzhou Science & Technology Town Hospital from July 2016 to June 2017. The standby medicines were under unified management in four categories: general, first-aid, high-risk and special drugs. Results: The total numbers of errors in the fourth quarter of 2016 to the second quarter of 2017 decreased significantly compared with that of the third quarter of 2016. The management standards of general, first-aid, high-risk and special drugs were raised significantly. Conclusion: Establishment of standby medicine management system is beneficial to the safety and the standard use of drugs.
