杜元灏教授针刺治疗失眠经验

失眠是由各种原因导致的入睡困难和(或)睡眠维持困难的睡眠障碍,主要特征是睡眠感不满意,属于中医学"不得眠""不寐"范畴。传统多从心、肝、胆、脾、胃、肾论治该病,杜元灏教授认为脏腑机能失调,气血不和,阳不能入阴,阴不能涵阳,神不守舍而致失眠。重视"脑为元神之腑"的理论,且因督脉入络脑,夹脊穴为五脏六腑之气转输、流注之处,杜教授多强调从脑、督脉以及夹脊穴论治失眠,为针刺治疗失眠提供新思路。

Professor DU Yuanhao's experience in acupuncture treatment of insomnia

Insomnia is a sleep disorder characterized by difficulty in falling asleep and/or difficulty in maintaining sleep and unsatisfactory sleep feeling caused by various reasons. It belongs to the category of "bu de mian" and "bu mei" in Chinese medicine. Traditionally,the treatment of the disease is based on the heart,liver,gallbladder,spleen,stomach,and kidney. Professor DU Yuanhao believes that the viscera function is dysfunctional,the qi and blood are out of harmony,the yang cannot enter the yin,and the yin does not contain the yang,and the insomnia can be caused by the spirit''s failure to keep home. Attach importance to the theory that "The brain being the house of the primordial soul",and because the DU channel enters the brain,and Jiaji points are the place where the qi of the five Zang-organs and six Fu-organs are transferred and infused. Professor DU emphasizes the treatment of insomnia from the brain,DU Channel and Jiaji points,and provides new ideas for acupuncture to treat insomnia.
