| 摘 要： | 目的：观察艾迪注射液治疗癌症化疗患者癌因性疲乏的临床疗效。方法：本院收治的伴癌因性疲乏的癌症化疗患者48例，随机分为化疗组和联合给药组，每组24例，化疗组单纯给予化疗，联合给药组给予化疗与艾迪注射液，治疗2周期后评估临床疗效、疲乏程度和生活质量。结果与结论：与化疗组相比，联合给药组不影响疾病控制率；可显著降低患者BFI评分、提高患者生活质量。艾迪注射液能够明显改善患者化疗后的疲乏状态，并提高生活质量。
