| 摘 要： | 分析3例手术患者使用PPI预防应激性溃疡（SU）所存在的典型问题，分别为非复杂手术预防用药，疗程过长及以预防SU失败的处理。提示普通病房患者预防使用ＰＰＩ应严格掌握适应症和停药指征，对拟重大手术患者，应在术前一周服用ＰＰＩ抑酸。

| Abstract: | The typical problems of three surgical patients using proton pump inhibitors (PPI) to prevent stress ulcer (SU) are analyzed. They are PPI being used without risk factors, for long duration or in wrong ways. It is suggested that the use of PPI should be strictly hold to adaptation and withdrawal criterions in the general wards. Patients who will undergo major surgery should take PPI one week before operations. |
