| 摘 要： | 脓毒症患儿合并急性肾损伤需要连续性肾脏替代治疗时，不合理的抗菌药物给药方案可能导致不良的结局。在1例脓毒症合并急性肾损伤及肺炎、又给予连续血液净化时，对患儿使用美罗培南的个体化给药方案进行分析，为临床合理用药提供参考。

| Abstract: | When patients with sepsis need continuous renal replacement treatment for acute kidney injury, unreasonable antimicrobial drug delivery may result in poor outcomes. This paper analyzes the individualized drug therapy regimen of meropenem in 1 case of sepsis complicating with acute renal injury under continuous blood purification, so as to provide references for rational use of drugs. |
