清金理嗽丸中苦杏仁苷等7种成分的HPLC一测多评法

摘    要:目的:建立HPLC一测多评法(quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker,QAMS)同时测定清金理嗽丸中苦杏仁苷、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、芸香柚皮苷、橙皮苷、川陈皮素等7种成分的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以黄芩苷为内参物,建立其与上述7种成分的相对校正因子,计算其含量。结果:苦杏仁苷、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、芸香柚皮苷、橙皮苷、川陈皮素的平均加样回收率分别为98.65%、100.00%、99.08%、97.28%、98.29%、99.17%、97.06%;RSD分别为1.11%、0.57%、0.93%、1.34%、1.20%、0.86%、1.56%;相对校正因子分别为0.6317、0.4833、0.8504、0.7093、0.5789、0.5232,一测多评法计算值与外标法实测值间无明显差异。结论:本文建立的HPLC一测多评法对清金理嗽丸中7种成分的含量测定是可行的。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a multi-evaluation method for simultaneous determination of the content of amygdalin, baicalin, wogonoside, baicalein, narirutin, hesperidin and nobiletin in Qingjin Lisou Pills. Methods: Baicalin was taken as the internal standard and the relative correction factors (RCF) of amygdalin, wogonoside, baicalein, narirutin, hesperidin and nobiletin were established. The contents of amygdalin, wogonoside, baicalein, narirutin, hesperidin and nobiletin were detected by high performance liquid chromatography and then calculated based on their RCF. Results: The average recoveries of amygdalin, baicalin, wogonoside, baicalein, narirutin, hesperidin and nobiletin were 98.65%, 100.00%, 99.08%, 97.28%, 98.29%, 99.17% and 97.06% with their RSDs as 1.11%, 0.57%, 0.93%, 1.34%, 1.20%, 0.86% and 1.56%, respectively. The RCF of amygdalin, wogonoside, baicalein, narirutin, hesperidin and nobiletin to baicalin were 0.6317, 0.4833, 0.8504, 0.7093, 0.5789 and 0.5232, respectively. No significant difference was found in the quantitative results of seven components between the external standard method and the QAMS method. Conclusions: The QAMS method is feasible to assay the content of seven components in Qingjin Lisou Pills.
