摘    要:目的:了解含牛黄、石膏中成药中微量和痕量元素的含量情况,为相关标准制定提供数据支持。方法:供试品经过硝酸消解后,采用ICP-MS法测定10批中成药中27种微量和痕量元素的含量。结果:在两批含有牛黄和石膏的中成药中,As或Hg含量较高,超过《中国药典》对有关品种规定的限度值。结论:某些含石膏和牛黄的中成药应用广泛,作为常用药,为了保证用药的安全,有必要检测其重金属等有害元素的含量。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the contents of trace elements in traditional Chinese medicinal materials which contain bezoar and/or gypsum and provide data support for the establishment of relevant standards. Methods: Twenty-seven elements were simultaneously determined through ICP-MS after the samples had been digested by concentrated nitric acid Results: For two batches of traditional Chinese medicinal materials containing bezoar and gypsum, the contents of As or Hg exceeded the limits of Pharmacopia criteria. Conclusion: Some traditional Chinese medicinal materials, containing gypsum and bezoar, are widely used for pharmaceutical use, thus it is necessary to detect the contents of hazardous elements in order to guarantee the safety of medicines.
