摘    要:目的:研究我院2003-2007年组胺H1受体拮抗剂的用药情况,了解组胺H1受体拮抗剂在我院临床治疗中的应用现状和发展趋势。方法:对我院2003-2007年组胺H1受体拮抗剂的用药品种、消耗金额、DDDs、DDDc等进行统计分析。结果:5年中,我院组胺H1受体拮抗剂的用药金额逐年上升,且第2代远远大于第1代。DDDs平均值排名前3位的是西替利嗪、氯雷他定、左西替利嗪,每年的平均DDDc值比较稳定。结论:安全、高效且与其他药物相互作用少的第2代组胺H1受体拮抗剂是抗过敏治疗的主导药物,传统组胺H1受体拮抗剂的改良剂型以及安全性更可靠的组胺H1受体拮抗剂是研究方向。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application status and development tendency of histamine H1 receptor antagonist in our hospital. METHODS: The histamine H1 receptor antagonist used in our hospital during the period 2003 - 2007 were analyzed statistically in terms of drug variety, consumption sum, DDDs and DDDc etc. RESULTS: The consumptive sum of histamine H1 receptor antagonist increased year- on - year over the five years, with that of the second filial generation far exceeding that of the first generation. Cetirizine, loratadine, and levocetirizine dominated the first 3 placed on the DDDs list. The average DDDc was comparatively stable over the 5 years. CONCLUSION: The second filial generation of histamine H1 receptor antagonist has become the dominant antiallergic drugs due to its advantages of safety, high efficacy and less interaction with other drugs. The study on modified dosage form of the traditional histamine H1 receptor antagonist and the histamine H1 receptor antagonist with more reliable safety remains to be done.
