| 摘 要： | 目的 奇异变形杆菌致病因子研究。方法 利用鲎试验测定毒素,小白鼠测定毒力和肠毒素。结果46株奇异变形杆菌中,产生内毒素者35株,内毒素检出率为76.09％,22株产生肠毒素,毒力较强,未检出外毒素。结论 内毒素,耐热肠毒素(ST)是奇异变形杆菌主要的致病因子。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the virulence of Pomes mirabilis.Methods Detected Endotoxin by using Limuloid trial . Detected Virulence and ST by using mice. Results The amount of Poutues mirabilis that could produce Endotoxin is 35, the detected rate is 76.09 per cent, The amount of Ponies mirabilis that could produce ST is 22, we did not found exotoxin. Conclusion Endotoxin and ST are important factors in the Virulence of Pomes mirabilis. |
