| 摘 要： | 目的 了解盐酸左氧氟沙星与其他药物治疗细菌感染疗效的差异。方法 应用Meta分析对5项研究与其他药物治疗细菌感染的效果进行同质性检验和合并效应量的估计。结果 盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗(治愈率)的效应值(实验组和对照组疗效的比)OR=1．08，95％可信区间(0．75，1．53)；漏斗图提示存在发表性偏倚。结论 盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗细菌性感染的疗效与其他药物无显著差异。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the differences in efficacy between levofloxacin (LVLX) hydrochloride and other drugs in the treatment of bacterial infection. Methods The efficacies of LVLX hydrochloride and other drugs for treating bacterial infection were analyzed by Meta - analysis in homogeneity test and combined test. Results Combined OR = 1.08 and its 95% confidence interval was 0.75 - 1.53. Filler fig suggested there existed publish partial. Conclusion There is no difference in efficacy between levofloxacin (LVLX) hydrochloride and other drugs in the treatment of bacterial infection. |
