清风灵3号胶囊的质量标准研究

摘    要:目的建立清风灵3号胶囊的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中的青风藤、制何首乌、黄芪、当归进行定性鉴别,并用高效液相色谱法对制剂中的青风藤所含青藤碱进行含量测定。结果在薄层色谱中均能检出青风藤、制何首乌、黄芪、当归;青藤碱进样量在0.9964~12.455μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.86%,RSD为0.86%。结论所用方法简便、准确可靠,重现性好,可用于清风灵3号胶囊的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish the quality control for Qingfengling 3 capsules. Methods Caulis sinomenii, Radix polygoni multiflori praeparata cum succo gtycines sotae, Radix astragali, and Radix angelicae sinensis were identified by TLC. Sinomenine was determined by HPLC. Results Caulis sinomenii, Radix polygoni multiflori praeparata cum succo glycines sotae, Radix astragali, and Radix angelicae sinensis could be identified by TLC. Sinomenine showed a good linear relatinonship at 0. 996 4412. 455μg (r=0.999 9). The mean recovery was 98.86%, RSD was 0. 86%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, reliable and repeatable. It can be usd in the quality control of Qingfengling 3 capsules.
