论《内经》"天人相应"思想

目的 探讨<内经>"天人相应"的学术思想.方法 查阅、复习文献资料与临床实践相结合.结果 <内经>从五方面论述了"天人相应"的学术思想:①人是应天地自然的运动变化规律而产生;②天地自然为人类提供了赖以生存的基本条件,只有与天地自然相适应才能正常生存;③人体的生理结构、脏腑功能及其相互关系与天地自然相适应:④人体的病理变化与天地自然有直接关系;⑤"天人相应"是"四时五藏阴阳"理论的重要学术思想.结论 <内经>把"天人相应"思想运用于医学,以解释人体的生理、病理,指导疾病的诊断,治疗和预防、摄生等方面,从而成为中医学理论体系的思想基础,且有效地指导着临床实践.
