摘    要:目的:研制一种新型的葡萄糖传感器,用于临床检验患者的血糖浓度。方法:通过单层膜自组装技术将多壁碳纳米管、纳米金及葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)固定到金电极上,用循环伏安法和线性扫描法考察传感器的组装特性、响应电流的性质、对葡萄糖浓度的响应特性。结果:对葡萄糖浓度进行定量分析,线性范围为10-1400mg/L.相关系数R^2=0.9909,检测限为0.0001mg/L。取3支电极测试4例不同浓度的标准样,结果RSD〈2%,在4℃干态保存30d后.响应电流仍然保持在80%,取106名糖尿病患者的临床血清进行检测,符合要求。结论:用多壁碳纳米管和纳米金固定葡萄糖氧化酶研制的葡萄糖传感器能用于临床检验。

Abstract:Objective To construct a kind of novel electrochemical glucose biosensor for clinical detection. Methods Muhiwall carbon tube(MWCNTs), NanoAu and glucose oxidase(GOD) were immobilized on the Au electrode by monolayer selfassemble. Cyclic voltammetry and linear scan vohammetry were used tO investigate the assembling process and the chemical characteristics of the glucose biosensor. Results The linearity of glucose in the range of 10-1 400 mg/L with the correlation coefficient of R^2=0.990 9 was obtained by linear scan voltammetry and the detection limited reached 0.000 1 mg/L.The four criterion samples were measured with 3 different biosensors in same conditions and the RSD〈2%, response time remained 80 % after 30 d in dry state at 4 ℃, which used in the clinical application of human serum(106 cases), the method was in good agreement with the other ways. Conclusion The electrochemical glucose biosensor formed can be used in the clinical detection.
