| 摘 要： | 帕金森病(PD)是中老年人最常见的中枢神经系统退行性疾病之一,其发病率仅次于阿尔茨海默病,但发病机制至今尚不明确。目前认为PD是多种因素共同作用的结果,环境因素与PD的关系非常密切,MPTP-PD是造成PD的重要因素之一,除MPTP外,多种环境毒素参与PD的发生,如百草枯、代森锰和鱼藤酮等,其中有的作为农药被广泛应用,因此研究环境毒素与PD的关系无疑成为意义重大的课题之一。 |

| Abstract: | Parkinson＇s disease （ PD ） , a kind of regressive disease of central nervous system （ CNS ） , has been common in wrinkly and elderly people. The prevalence of this disease was next to Alzheimer disease,but its pathogenesis is still unclear. At present,Parkinsonism was regarded to be caused by combination of many factors. Exposure to environmental toxins such as MPTP, paraquat, maneb, and rotenone has been demonstrated to be associated with Parkinsonism. These environmental toxins are widely used in agricultural regions. It should have great prospects in the pathogenesis of PD to explore the relevance of PD and environmetal toxins. |
