Vitapex充填根管后的临床观察

目的：比较Vitapex糊剂单独使用及与牙胶尖联合使用充填根管后的临床疗效。方法：A组单独使用Vitapex粗剂，B组使用Vitapex胡剂加牙胶尖，C组使用传统氧化锌丁香油糊剂加牙胶尖进行根充，与治疗前及随访1年后拍摄根尖周片对比。结果：三组成功率分别为96.70%,98.90%,89.01%。其中A，B组无显著差异（P＞0．05），A，C组与B，C组差异均显著（P＜0．05）。结论：Vitapex糊剂是一种新型，简便的根充材料，单独或与牙胶尖联合使用均能起到较好的疗效，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on treatment of chronic apical periodontitis with different root canal filling materials

AIM:To compare the clinical effect of treatment of chronic apical periodontitis with vitapex paste alone or combined with gutta-percha. METHODS: 212 patients with 273 infected teeth were randomly divided into three groups. Group A were treated with vitapex paste alone. Group B were treated with vitapex paste plus gutta-percha. Group C were treated with traditional zinic exide olive oil paste plus gutta-percha. Periapical radiograph was taken before and after 1 year. RESULTS: After one year, success rates of three groups were 96.70%, 98.90%, 89.01% respectively. Difference between Group A and C, Group B and C were significant( P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The vitapex paste is a new and simple filling material and shows better clinical treatment effect using alone or combined with gutta-percha. It is suitable for widespread adoption in root canal treatment.
