2型糖尿病患者治疗前后血浆Hcy和血清脂联素含量的变化及相关性研究

目的:探讨2型糖尿病(DM2)患者治疗前后血浆同型半胱氨酸和血清脂联素含量的变化及其在临床上应用的意义。方法:应用二点速率法和酶联免疫法对59例DM2患者在治疗前后采取血液对血浆Hcy和血清脂联素含量进行测定,并与37例正常健康组作比较。结果:DM2患者组治疗前血浆Hcy含量显著地高于正常对照组(P<0.01),血清脂联素含量则低于正常对照组(P<0.01),经临床治疗3个月后,患者组血浆同型半胱氨酸和血清脂联素含量与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且血浆Hcy含量高低与血清脂联素含量高低呈负相关(r=-0.4126,P<0.01),与血糖和糖化血红蛋白含量呈正相关(r=0.6052,0.5825,P<0.01)。结论:检测DM2患者血浆Hcy含量和血清脂联素含量的变化对糖尿病疗效观察、恢复程度的判断均具有重要的临床意义。

Study on the changes of plasma Hcy and serum adiponection contents after treatment in patients with 2 type diabetes

Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of plasma Hcy and serum adiponection contents after treatment in patients with 2 type diabetes.Methods Plasma Hcy（with two rate method）,serum adiponection（with ELISA） contents were determined in 59 patients with 2 type diabetes both before and after treatment as well as in 37 controls.Results Before treatment,plasma Hey contents were significantly higher in the patients than those in controls（P 〈 0.01）,while the serum adiponection contents were significantly lower in the patients than those in controls（P 〈 0.01）,after treatment for 3 months,the contents dropped markedly, but still remained were significantly higher or lower（P 〈 0.05）,plasma Hey contents were negatively correlated with serum adiponection contents in the patients（r= - 0.4126,P 〈 0.01） and positively correlated blood suger~ glycolated hemoglobin（r=0.6052,0.5825,P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion Plasma Hey and serum adiponection contents were closely related to the diseases process of 2 type diabetes and were of prognostic values.
