ELISA检测乳癌病人血清P^53Ab

目的：探讨血清P^53Ab作为肿瘤标记物的可能性以及与肿瘤预先的关系。方法：用酶联免疫分析法（ELISA）检测正常人15例、乳腺良性肿瘤17例、乳癌58例血清的P^53Ab。结果：乳癌血清P^53Ab阳性率29．31％，正常人和乳腺良性肿瘤患者血清P^53Ab阴性。P^53Ab与肿瘤大小有关，与腋淋巴结转移和激素受体情况无关。结论：血清P^53Ab可预示患癌或癌瘤复发的危险性，但与癌瘤预后关系不大。

Detection of Serum P~(53) Autoantibodies in Humen Breast Cancer Using ELISA

Objective:To investigate the possibility of serum P 53 Ab as a cancer incidence and the relation between serum P 53 Ab and prognostic factors in breast cancer.Method:sera from 58 cases of breast cancer.17 cases of nonmalignant tumor and 15 cases of health women were detected by ELISA.Result:P 53 Ab were detected in 17 of 58 sera of breast cancer,It's negtive in the sera of nonmalignant tumor and health women.A significant correlation was found between P 53 Ab and tumor size.No statistical assosiation was seen between P 53 Ab and lymph node metastasis status and ER status.Conclusion:serum P 53 Ab can predate clinical diagnosis of certain tumors and may be useful in identifying individuals at high cancer risk.But it play little role in tumor prognosis.
