| 摘 要： | 对手术中室内空气含菌量测定结果表明,细菌多于真菌;手术准备期与收尾期含菌量高于手术进行期;人员数量多,活动频繁时含菌量高于人数与活动少时。对减少空气含菌量与手术感染机会提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The microbial content of air in operating room was examined during operations in 38 cases. The results were as follows : (1) The bacterial content was higher than fungal content in air; (2) The microbial content was higher during preparatory and end periods of operation than during period of progression of operation; (3) Activities of persons in the room could increase the microbial content of air obviously. For controlling air pollution and reducing operation infection, seven measures were proposed with controlling the activities of persons during operation and improving the air disinfection during preparatory period as the main measures. |
