| 摘 要： | 对重庆某医院婴儿室细菌调查表明,污染的枯草杆菌最多,硝酸盐阴性不动杆菌其次。婴儿用品、环境与工作人员手、鼻、咽均有致病菌或条件致病菌不同程度的污染。对预防医院感染提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Bacterial contamination of nursery in a hospital of Chongqing, Sichuan Province, was investigated. 330 samples were taken and 439 strains of bacteria were isolated. The bacteria identified were Bacillus subtilis, Acinetobacter anitratum, Staphylococcus epidermidis. Streptococcus viridans, Branhamella catarrhalis, Klebsiella spp. , Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Enterobacter agglomerans, Strep. faecalis, Staph. aureus, Proteus spp. and, Citrobacter freundii, Salmonella spp., and Shigella spp.. The results of the investigation indicated that the bactenal contamination of nursery of the hospital was severe and pathogenic bacteria or opportunistic pathogens were detected from environment, articles for babies and hand, nose and throat of staffs. Recommendations for prevention of nosocomial infections were proposed. |
