摘    要:目的:探讨16层螺旋CT图像后处理在骨外伤的应用价值.方法:68例骨外伤患者进行多层螺旋CT扫描,扫描层厚为5mm;螺距为1.375:1;将原始数据重建为层厚1.25mm;间隔为0.625mm(重叠率50%).将重建图像传输至GE公司AW4.2图像后处理工作站,应用表面遮盖显示(SSD)、多平面重建(MPR),对图像进行双盲法分析.结果:68例骨外伤中,SSD与MPR均提供了准确的影像诊断.结论:MSCT检查,特别是三维和MPR重建对骨关节损伤的正确诊断和分型,对于临床治疗方案的制定均有重要价值.

Abstract:Objective To study the application value of 16-slice spiral CT in bone and joint trauma. Methods 68 cases of fracture suspected by clinical and plain radiography were examined by 16-slice spiral CT using 5mm collimation. Raw data was reconstructed with 1.25mm thickness and 0.625mm interval (overlap rate 50%),which was transffered to workstation (AW4.2 of GE) to be reconstructed with MPR and SSD techniques. Results All 68 cases were accurately diagnosed by SSD and MPR. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT, especially with three-dimensional and MPR techniques contribute to the precise diagnosis and classification of bone and joint fracture,and is of importance to the selection of proper therapy.
