| Abstract: | A case of intraosseous Ewing sarcoma is reported. This pathology of the young adult is very rare, clinical or imaging (CT or MRI) findings are non-specific and diagnosis is based on histology. Nonethless, this diagnosis should be considered in all patients with primary soft tissue tumors. |
