2型糖尿病与C反应蛋白的关系

目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)与C反应蛋白(CRP)的关系。方法选择T2DM患者96例,糖耐量低减(IGT)者33例,及正常对照组(NGT)39例,比较3组血清CRP的浓度。结果(1)NGT、IGT、T2DM3组患者的血清CRP水平逐渐升高,每组间差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。(2)血清CRP水平与空腹血糖(FBG)(r=0.753,P<0.01)、OGTT2h血糖(PBG)(r=0.748,P<0.01)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)(r=0.725,P<0.01)呈正相关;与胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)(r=-0.568,P<0.01)、胰岛B细胞功能指数(HBCI)(r=-0.489,P<0.01)呈负相关。结论CRP可能与T2DM的发生有关,可能具有致病作用,T2DM可能是一种自然免疫和亚临床炎症性疾病。

The Relationship Between Type 2 Diabetes And C - Reactive Protein

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum high-sensitivity CRP and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The study included 39 healthy subjects and 33 patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) , 96 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. CRP was measured in all subjects. Results The serum CRP concentration is significantly gradually increased in healthy subjects ,IGT patients ,type 2 DM patients (P<0.01) .The serum CRP concentration was positively correlated with FBG (r=0.753, P<0.01), OGTT 2h blood glucose (r=0.748,P<0.01), HbA1c(r=0.725,P<0.01);CRP is negatively correlated with ISI(r=-0.568,P<0.01), HBCI(r=-0.489,P<0.01). Conclusions CRP is associated with initiation of type 2 DM, type 2 DM may be a immunity and sub-clinical inflammatory disease.
