甲磺酸氨氯地平与苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的比较

目的 :甲磺酸氨氯地平与苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的疗效比较。方法 :1 2 2例原发性高血压病人 ,68例给予甲磺酸氨氯地平 ,另外 5 4例服用苯磺酸氨氯地平 ,均 5～ 1 0mg,qd× 8wk。治疗前后作血压测定、血生化检验、血常规、尿常规、心电图。结果 :甲磺酸氨氯地平与苯磺酸氨氯地平总有效率分别为 97%和 96% ,显效率为 82 %和74% ,2组比较差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;2组不良反应均轻微 ,组间比较无统计学差异。结论 :甲磺酸氨氯地平与苯磺酸氨氯地平一样治疗有效、安全 ,不良反应少 ,而且有良好的耐受性 ,是轻、中度高血压满意的降压药物

Amlodipine mesylate vs amlodipine besylate in treating essential hypertention

AIM: To compare the effects of amlodipine mesylate and amlodipine besylate on essential hypertension. METHODS: Sixty eight patients were treated with amlodipine mesylate, 5 10 mg·d 1 and another fifty four patients were treated with amlodipine besylate 5 10 mg·d 1 for 8 wk. Blood pressure were taken before and after 1 ,2 ,4 ,6, 8 wk amlodipine mesylate and amlodipine besylate treatment. Blood and urine routine, blood biochemics, ECG were examined before and after treatment. RESULTS: The total effective rate of amlodipine mesylate was 97 %,remarkabe effectice rate of amlodipine mesylate was 82%; while those of anlodipine besylate were 96 % and 74 %. There was no significant difference( P >0.05). Blood and urine routine, hepatic and nephritic function, blood lipids, blood glucose were unchanged before and after treatment; the adverse reactions were mild, there were headache and flushed face. CONCLUSION:Amlodipine mesylate as well as amlodipine besylate is effective,safe and well tolerated in mild to moderate hypertensive patients.
