卒中小组管理模式对脑卒中偏瘫病人的影响

目的]探讨卒中小组管理模式对脑卒中病人肢体功能恢复及健康指导依从性的影响。方法]将120例脑卒中病人随机分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组58例,实施传统管理模式;观察组62例,实施卒中小组管理模式。于干预前、干预1个月、干预后3个月应用Barthel指数评定日常生活活动能力(ADL)、Fugl-Meyer(FMA)评分法评定运动功能。干预前及干预后3个月对病人健康指导依从性进行对比。结果]两组病人干预后ADL、FMA评分均有一定程度改善,观察组明显优于对照组;观察组病人对脑卒中相关危险因素、康复知识、饮食和药物知识的理解显著高于对照组(P<0.001),饮食和药物依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论]卒中小组管理模式可改善脑卒中病人肢体运动功能、提高日常生活活动能力,提高对脑卒中相关知识的理解和依从性水平。

Influence of stroke group management model on stroke patients with hemiplegia

Objective:To probe into the influence of stroke group management model on limbs functional rehabilitation and health guidance compliance of stroke patients.Methods:A total of 120 stroke patients were randomly divided into control group(58 patients) and observation group(62 patients),the 58 patients in control group accepted traditional management model,while the 62 patients in observation group were treated by stroke group management model.The motor function was evaluated by using the activities of daily living(ADL) by Barthel index and the Fugl-Meyer(FMA) score before intervention,at one month and three months after intervention.The patients’ compliance to health guidance was contrasted before intervention and three months after intervention.Results:The scores of both ADL and FMA in two groups were improved both before and after intervention,and scores of observation group were much higher than that of the control group.In observation growp,After intervention,the level of comprehension of patients was significantly better in related risk factors,rehabilitation nursing,diets and medicine knowledge of stroke than control group(P<0.001),and the compliance of patients to the food and drug in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Stroke group management model can improve stoke patients’ limbs motor function,raise activities of daily living and improve the level of comprehension and compliance of patients to the related knowledge of stroke.
