华枝睾吸虫病声像图表现探讨

摘    要:目的观察分析华枝睾吸虫病的声像图改变,以提高对本病超声表现的认识.方法回顾分析了78例华枝睾吸虫病患者的声像图表现特点.结果华枝睾吸虫病患者肝内外胆管、胆囊、肝脏等脏器可出现一系列的超声改变,其中以肝内小胆管的改变较具特征性,表现为等号状或树枝状小胆管扩张,管壁增厚模糊,越靠近肝脏边缘的小胆管改变越明显,尤以肝左叶的病变为重.胆囊和肝实质的超声改变无特异性,需与其它疾病鉴别.结论华枝睾吸虫病的声像图表现具有一定特征,认识这些特征有助于鉴别诊断.

Abstract:Objective Analysis and observation on the ultrasonographic changes in clonorchiosis to deepen the recognization of the disease.Methods The ultrasonic features in 78 patients with clonorchiosis were reviewed.Results A series of ultrasonic changes were presented in clonorchiosis cosisting of the bile duct,gallbladder and liver.The changes of the intrahepatic bile ducts had specific characteristics,the small bile ducts were dilated and their walls were thickened and blurred called branch or equal sign.The more close to the hepatic periphery the more serious,the conspicuous changes,especially in the left lobe of the liver.The changes of the gallbladder and the liver had no characteristics,which should be distinguished from other diseases.Conclusions The ultrasonographic changes of the intrahepatic bile ducts in clonorchiosis have certain characteristics.Recognizing these changes will clearly contribute to differential diagnosis of the disease.
