| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对预防慢性阻塞性肺病继发肺真菌感染的效果。方法回顾性分析2006.01～2007.03出院的慢性阻塞性肺病病人98人次作为对照组,采用常规护理方法;选择在2007.05～2009.01住院的慢性阻塞性肺病病人98人次作为实验组,采用护理干预法。入选条件,一般资料与对照组相匹配,两组患者均取其合格痰标本进行真菌培养,观察患者呼吸道真菌感染情况。结果对照组继发肺真菌感染15人,占15.3%,实验组继发肺真菌感染4人,占4.1%,经统计学处理,对照组的真菌检出率明显高于实验组（P〈0.05）,具有统计学意义。结论采用护理干预能有效降低慢阻肺继发肺真菌感染率,值得临床推广。
