| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC）堵塞再通方法。方法PICC堵管的分类、各种堵管分类的相应再通方法及具体操作方面的综述。结果笔者认为临床上PICC管堵管再通的方法,无明确的指南及操作规范,无论在药物使用方面还是在操作方面上均存在一定的风险性及局限性。结论规范使用和维护PICC管,才是降低并发症,成功使用PICC管的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods of recanalization for PICC plugging.Methods Summarizing the calssification of PICC plugging,the recanalization methods and then the specific operational procedures.Results The recanalization methods in clinic have no clear guidelines and operational standard,which have risks and limitations whether in the aspect of drug use or in the aspect of operation.Conclusion Standard application and maintenance of PICC is the key to reduce complications,and to use the PICC successfully... |
