| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲氨蝶蛉联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法将我院2008年1月到2010年9月收治的58例异位妊娠患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组28例采用甲氨蝶蛉单独治疗;治疗组30例给予甲氨蝶蛉和米非司酮联合治疗,比较两组治疗后的血β-HCG值、包块大小、住院时间以及总体临床疗效,并进行统计分析。结果治疗后,治疗组的血β-HCG值、包块大小及住院时间均明显小于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组有效率为93.3%明显高于对照组的84.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论甲氨蝶蛉联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠疗效优于单独的甲氨蝶蛉治疗,值得在临床中推广应用。
