| 摘 要： | 目的了解不同应对方式对2型糖尿病患者心理反应症状的影响。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和医学应对评定量表,对200例2型糖尿病患者进行调查,并与国内常模进行比较,得出自评量表各因子与应对方式之间的关系。结果 2型糖尿病患者心理症状总分高于国内常模（P〈0.01）;其心理症状客观存在,结果与国内常模比较,躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性、恐怖均高于国内常模（P〈0.05）;应对方式回避高于国内常模（P〈0.01）,具有统计学意义;其中强迫、焦虑、敌对、精神病性与回避呈正相关,躯体化与屈服呈显著正相关。结论 2型糖尿病患者的心理症状客观存在,应加强心理护理,提高患者的生活质量。 |
