| 摘 要： | 目的：分析脉搏血氧饱和度（SpO2）监测的影响因素,为临床更好地应用SpO2监测提供借鉴。方法：回顾性分析某医院中心ICU于2007-01—2009-07期间SpO2监测值与动脉血氧饱和度（SaO2）监测值不符（85例）的影响因素。结果：85例SpO2监测值异常的影响因素主要为SpO2探头位置异常、动作伪差、被检部位低灌注状态、SpO2监测系统异常、被检部位皮肤色泽异常及环境光,其中,SpO2探头位置异常是最多见的影响因素,占29.41%（25/85）。结论：SpO2监测能较好地反映动脉血氧的变化,但其影响因素较多,必须进行相应的干预,提高其准确性。
